How it started
It started in a basement in Salt Lake City. Our founder had just moved into a new home and faced the same choice millions of homeowners face every year: pay thousands for a flooring contractor, or figure it out yourself.
After a weekend of research, several trips to the hardware store, and a lot of YouTube videos, the floors were done. They looked incredible. And the total cost was a fraction of any quote he'd received.
That experience became Stay Home Floors — a curated collection of premium vinyl plank products, paired with the guidance and confidence every DIYer needs to get the job done right.
